Reason for Revision: Revised to update
MDC references to Boeing, as required for MDC Dissolution;
remove outdated information and references to government
information not applicable to Commercial Terms and Conditions;
remove C.I.S.S.; delete references to forms DAC 26-915
and DAC 26-916 and add GP1 (Fixed Price Contract); and
delete various clauses no longer being used (as note
in each section).
