DAC 26-730, Solicitation Clauses and Terms and Conditions
for Procurement, (hereinafter referred to as Terms and
Conditions Bluebook) that The Boeing Company, acting
by and through its division Boeing Commercial Airplanes
incorporates in Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Purchase
Orders (PO) and other contracts for the purchase of
goods and services.
In support of Boeing Global Services' policy to provide
the latest business terms and conditions to our suppliers,
revisions have been made to:

Revised Clauses:
6055 (668) SELLER QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
6056 (697) SUPPLEMENTAL QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
Reason for Revision: Revised the above listed Quality Assurance (QA) Clauses to: 1) clarify updates released in March and May regarding PC700 acknowledgement statement required on shipping documentation; and 2) update shipping documentation language in QA Clause 6055, Section 19, item C. and QA Clause 6056, Section 10.1, item C.
