Seller shall indemnify and save harmless Buyer and the United States of America from and against all claims for (1) bodily injuries, including death, or damage to property caused by any negligent act or omission of Seller or its employees in connection with the performance of this contract, or (2) bodily injuries, including death, to Seller's employees caused by the condition of any premises, equipment or other property being used or operated by any of Seller's employees in connection with the performance of this contract. |
