Terms and Conditions

This software is provided solely for the purpose of conducting business with The Boeing Company.   The user is not authorized to make additional copies of the software or to distribute any copies for any purpose or use outside this agreement.  Do not share this software with other persons, even within your company, each user must download their own copy.  The user is required to remove this software from their machines and cease using the software upon notification from The Boeing Company or when the user's business relationship with Boeing ends (e.g. contract is completed).   The Shana Informed Filler software is owned by FileNet Corporation, and your download of this software does not give you any rights to the software other than to use it in a manner consistent with these restrictions.  By downloading this software, you agree to abide by these terms and by any additional terms of which you receive notice from Boeing while you possess this software.
