All large and foreign 1st tier suppliers are directed through contract language, SBP 14.2, to report bi-annually all 2nd tier spend to small and diverse USA suppliers through the Supplier Portal. Announcements will be generated under the Notification section during the month(s) of January and July of each year. Supplier will have 25 days to respond.
