Boeing Quality Surveillance - rev 10/1/01 |
| All purchase order/contract quality system and product requirements are subject to review by a Boeing Quality Assurance Representative (QAR). Seller shall provide reasonable facilities and assistance, including all quality records and related data for purchase order/contracted goods, upon request. The Boeing QAR will coordinate and identify the mandatory Boeing surveillance points at the earliest practical time convenient to both parties. Seller shall notify the Boeing QAR at least five days prior to the start of any processing or manufacturing in conjunction with this purchase order/contract and 48 hours in advance of the time that the goods are available for review. Seller shall contact Boeing's authorized purchasing representative for direction to the nearest Boeing Quality Assurance office. The approval of Boeing's QAR shall be indicated on Seller's shipping document as evidence of approval to ship. |
