ELECTRONIC PARTS DATE OF MANUFACTURE RESTRICTION – Rev 3/21/2003

To the greatest extent practicable, Seller shall deliver electronic parts having manufacturing lot date codes that do not exceed one year from the date of delivery to Buyer.

If Seller is unable to meet Buyer’s requirements with parts having manufacturing lot date codes that do not exceed one year from the date of delivery to Buyer, Seller is authorized to deliver parts with manufacturing lot date codes greater than one year but less than three years, from the date of delivery to Buyer; provided that such parts shall have been retested by Seller and found to be acceptable. A certificate of conformance stating that the retesting was conducted and the date of retest shall accompany each shipment of parts.

Seller shall not deliver any part with a manufacturing lot date code that exceeds three years from the date of delivery to Buyer.

Note: The term "electronic" includes electrical, electromagnetic, electromechanical, electro-optical, and connector parts.
