Seller will provide to Buyer the diffusion lot number for each date code lot of microcircuits and semiconductors shipped to satisfy the requirements of this purchase order.
Seller will include the diffusion lot number information on the Seller’s Certificate of Conformance document. The information required will include the date code and quantity for each diffusion lot number.
Note: The terms diffusion lot and wafer lot are considered identical for the requirements of this document. |
